Managing Director - Credit Suisse
Brijesh Solanki is a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, based in Raleigh. He is the global head of the functional architecture team focusing on Group Functions. Brijesh manages functional architecture for large complex regulatory initiatives that span across various divisions and functions within the bank. His role involves ensuring front to back alignment, process and control design, as well as data consistency.
Prior to moving to Raleigh, Brijesh was based in Zurich and before that in New York. As head of functional architecture he took responsibility for defining, developing, and implementing architecture for various large regulatory initiatives such as BASEL II, BASEL III, Disclosures, IHC, CCAR, and RRP. He is a member of various design and data management governance forums. Brijesh is also responsible for Risk and Finance IT Raleigh location strategy and its implementation.
Before joining Credit Suisse in 2008, Brijesh held number of roles in regulatory technology at Verizon and Goldman Sachs. Brijesh has a Masters in Business Administration – Information Systems and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.
