VP Innovation & Growth – North Highland
Rob is a Vice President with The North Highland Company’s Strategy practice where he focuses on Performance Improvement. He has 24 years of consulting experience in the Americas, the Middle East, UK/Europe, the Caribbean, Greater China and the APAC region.
Rob has deep expertise in growth and innovation, CX, product design/development, and operating model improvements. His work cuts across many industries including CPG/Retail, durable and industrial goods, digital/interactive media, medical devices, gaming, education, building materials, etc. Half of his consulting work includes interim management and executive leadership roles for clients.
Previously, Rob held leadership roles in McKinsey & Company’s Innovation/PD Practice, PwC’s Product Development and Innovation Group, Scient’s (Razorfish’s) Business Innovation Center and A.T. Kearney’s Consumer Practice. Rob has taught in the Wharton School’s Marketing Department since 1999 and was recently appointed as a Senior Fellow in Wharton’s GCP. He has also served as the PDMA’s Global Innovation Conference Chairman and has led several workshops on Launch/Commercialization, Technology Adoption, Business Model Innovation and Innovation Operating Models.
